APAC is a contract Archaeological firm based in
south eastern New Mexico. Our focus is to provide Cultural Resource Management investigations designed to preserve and protect archaeological sites throughout the southwest. We are dedicated in our goals of providing our clientele with cost effective services and quick turn-around times to accommodate industry needs. APAC conducts class III archaeological survey and limited testing for any oil field related construction needs in the southwest. All field work is conducted to meet or exceed all the federal and state laws for preserving and protecting Cultural resources. These laws include but are not limited to Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966, The Archaeological Resources Protection Act of 1979 (16 U.S.C. 470aa-mm; 43 CFR 7); and/or The Antiquities Act of 1906 (P.L. 59-209; 34 Stat. 25; 16 U.S.C. 431-433; 43 CFR 3). and/or the appropriate Bureau-specific statute Such as The Reclamation Act; The National Park Service Organic Act; The National Wildlife Refuge System Administration Act; The Federal Land Policy and Management Act.
